No gift card will be issued, even if you choose not to use the studio.

  • Studio Discount Days. As these slots are so limited, reservations for studio discount days are fully non-refundable and are not eligible for rescheduling, regardless of circumstance.

  • Process for Canceling or Rescheduling. The studio provides self-service rescheduling and cancelling links within confirmation/reminder emails and on calendar invites. All reservation cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made using the links available within your reservation confirmation/reminder emails or under the ‘View Session Details’ link within your calendar invite. The studio receives, at times, over a hundred messages a day, so to mitigate the potential for error, requests made via email, Instagram, Facebook, text, phone call or other avenues of communication will not be accepted.

Length of Use. When booking, you are reserving a specific timeframe for the rental of our studio. If you need additional time during your rental, notify our staff immediately. Photographers are provided a 15-minute grace period prior to each rental to unpack and prepare for their session. If you start early, you will need to end early. By reserving the studio, you understand that no imagery or video can be captured outside the duration of your rental without paying for additional time. All renters and clients are expected to be out of the space by the end of your reservation time to allow time for setups and cleaning between each rental. Plan ahead so that bathroom breaks, outfit changes, etc. can be completed by the end of your reservation. Being in the studio earlier or leaving later will result in the need to pay for additional time. Pricing for extensions is $20 per 15-minute increment and is subject to availability. Failure to pay overtime fees will result in a ban in the use of the studio until paid.

Liabilities. Use of the studio and studio equipment is at your own risk. As a renter, you agree to leave the studio and adjacent grounds in the same condition as when you arrived. You are responsible for any damages done by yourself, your clients, or your guests while on our premises.

Conduct on Premises. You are responsible for the conduct and welfare of those that you bring into the studio space and we reserve the right to end your rental and require for you or your guests to leave immediately if we observe dangerous or negligent practices, behaviors, or activities including aggressive or violent behavior toward our staff or others. No refund will be given.

Patching is defined as a circumstance where a chunk of mudding comes out of a seam.
