Calling all passionate photography educators.

Are you a photographer who loves to mentor and inspire others in their creative journey?

We are currently in planning to create a complimentary educational workshop for Sunday, March 1st, and we are seeking seven passionate educators who are excited to help others succeed.

To mark our one-year anniversary, we couldn't help but do something fully rooted in who we are — an educational co-working studio on a mission to bring creatives together in mutual support. With over 90 photographers who have joined us on our journey this first year, for our anniversary we want to create an open, free event for photographers who love to learn and grow their craft, but we need your help!

Event: Photography Educational Showcase | A One Year Anniversary Celebration Event
Date: March 1st, 2026
Doors Open: 4 PM to 7 PM
Doors Open for Educators to Setup: 2 PM

How the format works. Set up in trade show format, each educator will be provided with an 8 ft x 8 ft area to set up and demonstrate a photography skill they are passionate about — posing, creative lighting techniques, camera settings, editing workflows, and more. Designed to allow attendees to come and go freely, this layout gives you the opportunity for focused one-on-one time with engaged visitors while giving photographers a genuine taste of what it’s like to work in a mentorship with you. It encourages natural conversations, showcases your teaching approach, and lets participants experience hands-on guidance in a relaxed, professional setting.

Tickets. While the event is free, a ticket will be required so we can accurately track how many photographers plan to attend. Each participant will also receive a curated goodie bag, which will include educator collateral and helpful materials to support your mentorships and networking during the event.

What we provide. The studio will provide models, power (if needed), screens, tables, and chairs as well as refreshments for educators and attendees.

Payment. This is a free event created with the sole purpose of providing resources for photographers, so please be aware that no payment will be provided. However, you are welcome to share any mentorship opportunities or paid services you offer with attendees to encourage future bookings and ongoing support.

Models. Please know this event has a place for you, too! On the educator side, we are looking for one model educator who specializes in posing. (Please use the form on this page to apply.) We will also be doing an open model call for the event in early February.
